Leeds’ rich history of Performance can be seen through movements like Fluxus from the 60s and 70s. Much of this was developed through important international artists such as George Brecht, Robert Filliou, Robin Page and Jeff Nutall teaching at Leeds College of Art, part of which is now Leeds Met.

However, until recently much of this legacy has been disconnected from current practices in Leeds. Harold Offeh, a group of current students, and the wider public will engage in the history of these approaches and explore how they might intersect with the contemporary cultural practices of the city.
