In what was a wrecked 40 000 sq ft plastics factory on the Felling By Pass, Gateshead, Dynamix houses a unique combination of facilities, activities and services. We are a not for profit, built (without funding) on volunteering, reclaiming, recycling; our own 'micro-economy' of barter and skills exchange.

Our aim is to help people realise their own potential and use this to inspire and empower others. We run facilitated sessions in all sports and arts we provide, have created and hosted events including theatre, dance, music, exhibitions, and creation/rehearsal and production spaces.

Discover Dynamix! Try activities, like Extreme Trampoline, Aerial Circus, BMX or pizza-making, 10am-6pm. Join our free guided tours at 10.30am, 12.30pm, or 4pm. Sunday 8 June 2014.

There will be taster sessions for Aerial Circus from 1.30-2pm and 2.30-3pm, Extreme Trampoline from 1--1.30pm and 2-2.30pm, Freerunning and Movement Training with Walk The Fire, 1-2pm, or Hip Hop Dance from 2-2.45pm, all costing £3 per session. Skatepark activities (BMX, Skateboard, Inline Skate and Scooter) between 1 and 3 pm for £5 (inlcuding any equipment hire), or you can join one of the beginners sessions as per our Sunday timetable. Any of these activities are suitable for age 5+ including adults.
