Amy Charlesworth And Gill Park

Amy Charlesworth is Lecturer in Art History at the Open University. She writes predominantly on lens-based media histories, gender and realism. She also curates and programmes contemporary art.

Gill Park is director of Pavilion and is undertaking a PhD at Leeds University, researching feminism, photography and independent arts culture in the 1980s.

Amy and Gill are currently working with Leeds Animation Workshop and Justice for Domestic Workers on a collective project supporting the campaigns of migrant domestic workers in Leeds.

For the launch, we will organise a film screening exploring issues of care work and migrant labour at Leeds Industrial Museum.
