How can people living and working in places in the north learn from the women's movement in making even more great stuff happen here?

The suffragettes, not least the north-based ones written about in Jill Liddington's book Rebel Girls, and the 70s and 80 feminists, among them the founders of Pavilion in Leeds, made amazing changes happen, on huge scales, starting more or less from the ground up.

We are hosting a conversation, framed by Jill and Sue Ball, to explore those movements and how people come to think unthinkable things and see in new ways.
