The New Picture House is a not-for-profit, self-built, volunteer-led community cinema in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. We offer a unique cinema experience, screening a distinctive and diverse programme of feature and short films.

Relocating in 2016, we spent the autumn months renovating our new (bigger and better!) space. We show three films a month, recently having added a family-friendly Saturday Matinee to our line-up. We serve home-made food and operate a fully licensed bar too.
