I work across digital arts practice and research. My arts practice is based around live coding music, using my TidalCycles environment for making pattern with code. I also enjoy collaborating on strange events including Algorave (algorithmic dance music), and the Festival of Algorithmic and Mechanical Movement (3rd edition May 2019). My research is as post-doc on the PENELOPE project based in the Deutsches Museum, applying live coding techniques to investigate the thought processes of ancient weavers.
