Founded in 2010, we are a diverse community of civic-minded people who promote open data and responsible data use to help build a fairer and more equitable society. We do this through activities that raise awareness and understanding of data and its use, for organisations, individuals and communities. Throughout the year we organise training, workshops and meetups which are generally free. We also develop projects and research looking at how different voices are represented in a data-driven world.
