Sheffield for Democracy is an informal group set up by local campaigners. We seek to engage and encourage greater participation of the public in democracy. We are not politically aligned to any party, and welcome supporters of all political parties or none. Our current priorities were determined by a survey of our supporters. They are to work for improvements in the following: 1: Neighbourhood Engagement 2: City Governance Issues 3. Voting Systems 4. Decentralisation/devolution
