CuratorSpace and The State of the Arts have launched a new collaborative exhibition of original and limited edition works on paper for sale by up and coming UK based artists.
Mick Dixon set up Darned Fine Workshop at Cobalt Studios in Newcastle. His focus is on repairing clothing with a specialism in darning blown out selvedge denim, as well as upcycling ’restructured’ one off pieces from deadstock and surplus fabrics, and making bespoke mens and womens garments.
